Description

New 90cm garden gate at south boundary to provide better access. The existing side passage is 85cm from wall to house but there is a downpipe that reduces the usable width to only 70cm. Note: The neighbour in No.12 has approved planning permission for a similar garden gate on side wall (see D24A/0089)
