Description

This is a terraced house and a protected structure. Renovation and extension works were carried out under D19A/0625 and final grant was given under P/2562/19 20th November 2019. The existing chimney stack between No 2 and 3 Auburn villas has cracks in the render, loose slates and inadequate lead flashing. There is water ingress into the sitting room of No 2. We need to carry out emergency repairs and a Section 57 application will take too long.
