Description

Summary of proposed works: • General replacement and improvement of existing fire escape doors at ground and first floor level. • Removal of two external fire escape doors at Stair 1 and install one wider double fire escape door in the same location. • Minor reconfiguration of fire escape exit layouts at Stair 2, Stair 3, Stair 4 & Stair 6. • Minor reconfiguration of fire escape exit layouts at Stair 2, Stair 3, Stair 4. • Relocation of existing doors at Stair 6 to provide a new, wider fire escape door adjacent to existing. • Replacement of the existing fire escape doors to Stair 8 and Stair 9 within the same structural openings. • Minor works to widen fire escape exits.
