Description

New two storey extension to the rear of the main house (NW corner), including the removal of a small roof, and the construction of a new pitched roof to match the easterly section. The area of extension at ground floor is x 15.4m2 and the area of the extension at first floor is 10.1m2, for a total aggregate extension area of 25.5m2. This extension will match the existing house in all materials and window fenestration, and the new roof will be under the height of the eaves to the rear of the house.
