Description

1). Reconstruction of two existing single storey returns to the rear (ne) of the existing dwelling (floor area 31.2 sq.m) with new pitched hipped slated roofs. 2). Construction, of a 2 sq.m entrance porch extension to the side (sw) elevation. 3). Enlargement of the main front entrance door ope for wheelchair access. 4).
