Description

Development on a site at University College Dublin, Belfield, Dublin 4. The application site comprises of lands known as the Little Sisters Car Park, located to the south-west of Belgrove Student Residences. The development will consist of the permanent, continued use of the established car park, comprising 224 no. existing car parking spaces, originally permitted under D20A/0328 (and limited to a three-year duration under Condition 3). No new works are proposed as part of this application.
