Description

Permission is sought for the following: (a) Demolition & removal of the existing covered area & shed to the side of the dwelling at Ground Floor level along with the removal of the existing flat roofed dormer to the side of the dwelling at First Floor level. (b). Remodelling & sub-division of the existing dwelling to provide a Granny flat to the rear of the dwelling. (c.)
