Description

A single storey, extension to the rear of the house (24.7 m2) with high quality, triple glazed windows and doors. External walls to the new, rear extension to be a painted render to match the existing house. The removal at first floor level of the rear and side elevation of a section of black, Tegral slate cladding and replacing this finish with painted render to match existing house. Extending the existing pitched roof of the house over the existing first floor extension as indicated on drawings. Associated internal remodelling of the existing house all as indicated on the drawings.
