Description
Planning permission to include permission retention for the existing fully serviced single storey flat roof gym/storeroom in rear garden. Full planning permission is sought to demolish the rear wall of the house and extend the existing ground floor to the rear with a single storey flat roof extension with roof light over and mono pitched canopy, to partially demolish the single storey section front wall and hipped roof design over and replace with a flat roof/mono-pitched roof with a canopy over front door and rooflights in new flat roof. Front door position relocated in new design. Glazing altered on all elevations to accomodate the new design. A remodel of the ground and first floor to allow the new design layout, increasing the existing floor to ceiling on ground floor. Allow a rooflight on the first floor over the stairwell on side elevation roof, two rooflights to the front elevation on the existing main house roof. A covered flat roof alleyway to the side with rooflights over. Maintain connection to public sewerage and surface water and all ancillary site works.
