Description
We are not proposing development or extension to the property. We wish to create an arch between 2 existing rooms. We are in operation since 1991 & in line with TUSLA Registrations, as we were open so long ago, Planning wasn't required at that time. Since New Regulations were brought in, as we go about re-registration which is due every three years, as we didn't have planning, they request a signed Affidavit from a Solicitor. At the moment, we have a Montessori class room and a small staffroom side by side and our intention is to knock down the wall between the two to make additional space to accommodate 5 extra Montessori children. In line with requirements, we need to apply for a 'change in Circumstance' through TUSLA. As part of this there are several requirements to consider, Staff ratios, ample washroom facilities, Ground floor space requirements, Insurance and a letter from Fire engineer stating that this change will have no impact to the current Fire Risk Assessment & Fire regulation. I have all the above sorted and now I just require a letter to state that our Service is Exempt from planning. *Please see attached documents requested by Tusla for 'change in circumstance'
