Description

Planning permission is sought for the development. The development will consist of the following. (a) Internal alterations at ground floor level to provide for the removal of the existing first floor restaurant access stairs and conversion of this area to a coffee kiosk including the incorporation of the existing adjacent raised lounge seating as a seating area to service the coffee kiosk and the provision of a new access staircase to first-floor level over. (b) Internal alterations at first floor level to provide for new customer toilets and a seating area to service the proposed ground floor coffee kiosk.
