Description

A) Removal of the glazed lean-to roof structure and adjoining slate lean-to roof extension to the rear (southern) elevation and the garden shed to the front of the site. B) the construction of a single storey extension to the side (eastern) elevation with stairwell providing access up and down respectively to existing raised ground and lower ground floor. C) The construction of a new flat roof with a roof light over the existing lower ground floor level to the rear (southern) elevation.
