Description

Proposed works to repair an area of external render following fire damage from neighbouring structure. Existing damaged render to be removed and the subject area of masonry wall to be repointed with lime mortar. New lime render to be applied and repainted with breathable mineral paint to match existing wall. These works will be carried out to best practice conservation methodologies as described in previously granted planning application D22A/0117 for house.
