Description

i) demolition of existing conservatory to side (23.52sqm) ii) replacement with construction of a new extension to side (20.09sqm) iii) installation of a new rooflight (1250mm x 1305mm) in the western end the existing extension (the reading room), together with laying new fibreglass roof at existing extension, and iv) enlargement of existing ground-floor window (from 620mm to 900mm) in the southern elevation of the kitchen of the main house.
