Installation of photovoltaic roof modules to upgrade house to BER A2. House was upgraded to BER 1 as per planning granted 2009 (D08A/1020). We have engaged services of Mr Tim Cooper whose report attached has analysed site orientation and current energy consumption to design module placement. The proposed module placement would not be visible from front street level (see attached photograph).
