We request Dun Laoghiare-Rathdown County Council to issue a Declaration on whether the following is or is not 'development' and is or is not 'exempted development': 'Whether the demolition and replacement of an existing boundary wall with a new boundary wall at Ballinteer SuperValu is or is not development and is or is not exempted development' It is our professional planning opinion that the propsed works outlined above constitutes 'development' and is 'exempted development' in accordance with Class 5 of the Planning and Development Act Regulations 2001 (as amended).
