Description

The development will consist of enabling works to allow for the development of the permitted Druids Glen Road (Q to P3) granted under reg. ref. DZ19A/0863 and involves the reconstruction of the existing boundary wall located between Lehaunestown Lane to the east and Druid House and Glendruid House to the west and the development of a new access and spur road to the Plot DG3/ Res1 lands. Permission is also sought for all associated site and development works. This application includes development within the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) and is subject to the Cherrywood Planning Scheme 2014, as amended.
