Description

Item 1) Removal of Chimneys marked A & B as indicated on the attached drawing. Item 2) Replacement of all windows, including Bay windows with similar Double Glazed Hard wood or similar type to match existing in design and character. Item 3) Replacement of front door and side doors, with new hardwood door of similar design. Item 4) Removal of existing kitchen to rear [permission granted Reg Ref 10,466/80] at ground floor level, with a floor area of 14sqm and rebuilding ancillary bedroom facilities and dressing room in a similar location with a floor area of 16.5 sqm. Item 5) Removal of Sunroom extension to Ground floor, front side [Permission Granted Reg Ref 10,466/80] with a floor area of 19.5 sqm. Item 6) Construction of living room extension at first floor rear with a floor area of 17.5 sqm. Item 7) Re-slating of existing roof with similar slates and replacement of valleys with new lead valleys. Item 8) Providing for temporary widening of access gate for construction traffic and on-side construction personal parking.
