Description

The proposed works are to the Linen room within an existing structure on the Blackrock College grounds, for the replacement of existing external single-glazed windows, with the new double-glazed windows. The room in question is neither proximate , nor within any sightlines from any protected structure on the Blackrock College campus, and is concealed from all external boundary views. The new windows are to be similar in size and appearance to the existing. These windows would be considered repair and renewal, and do not materially affect the external appearance of the building per 'PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000'
