Description

Permission for the following: Demolition of rear lean-to sunroom and chimney, removal of shed roof & partial walls to rear, demolition of partial front wall of house, porch roof and internal walls to accommodate the new layout to existing semi-detached two storey house with domestic garage on ground floor & shed to rear. Permission is sought to add a single storey mono pitched extension to the rear, to change the pitch on existing shed to mono pitched roof with a connecting mono pitched canopy between shed and proposed extension.
