Deansgrange Stream Flood Relief Scheme. Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council are proposing a flood relief scheme along the Deansgrange Stream. The Deansgrange Stream has a history of fluvial flooding. A number of flood studies have been done on this stream. This proposed scheme is for a combination of measures to help protect property in the environs of the river and reduce the risk to the community.
