Non material variation to planning permission 20/00248/FULL - Reduce the number of raised planters and relocate to hardstanding areas to be more wheelchair accessible. Increase the overall Size/area of rear hardstanding areas to provide improved wheelchair accessible access around relocated raised planters. Permeable pavers at car parking areas to be changed from Marshalls Priora, Colour - Natural (Grey) to Laird Properm, Colour - Grey. Paving flags at access paths and rear hardstandings to be changed from Tobermore textured flags Colour Charcoal and Natural (Grey) to Marshalls Pimple Paving, Colour (Grey).
