NMV to 20/00247/FULL - Refuse store at eastern section of the proposed development site beside large quad flatted block to be relocated to indicated new location to design out the need for a concrete retaining wall. Move main entrance and canopy to flatted blocks 500mm from external wall line to ensure sufficient space for service risers internally. Remove low level fixed glazed panel to highlighted window and replace double opening French doors with same width fixed glazed pane & openable window to match window height at the indicated ground floor location only. Removed areas to be infilled with facing brick to comply with building regulations for all external wall construction within 2m of an escape route to have short fire resistance duration for integrity up to 1100mm above ground level.
