Description

Notification of proposed tree works in a Conservation Area to undertake various tree works: T1 - Acer - Reduce size, increase clearance from window and reshape crown by way of a reduction of up to 2ft. To allow further light into the window and seating area. T2 - Magnolia - Reduce overall size by up to 5ft, crown lift above lawned area and removal of any dead and damaged branches. To achieve a maintainable size for the rear garden. T3 - Looks to be a variety of Sorbus - Reduce overall height of tree by 50%. To allow aditional light into the garden and to remove competition with T4. T4 - Twisted Willow tree - Reduce overall height by up to 3m back to a point suitable for regrowth. Reduce overhang in to neighbouring garden by way of crown lifting to 4.5m above ground level. To reduce chance of future failure, give clearance above garden/play shed and to provide clearance for neighbouring garden. G1 - Mixed group of small trees less than 100mm in diameter - Full removal to ground level of 3x trees in G1. Fell for the benefit of light and reduced competition with T1.
