Description

Discharge of Condition 27: No development shall commence (excluding demolition, site clearance and initial ground works) until details of a scheme for a 7.5 tonne Environmental Weight Prohibition of Driving Order and a Traffic Regulation Order Prohibiting Waiting as indicated on drawing P19-0320.014. (Drawing showing each access with Bean Road or Sedgley Road West with double yellow lines for the first 20 m into the junction), has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be progressed with the best endeavours of the applicant to conclusion, including any fees which may be due to the highway authority.
