Description

EXPP: The proposals include the replacement and upgrading of existing footpaths, stairs, lighting and access arrangements; the provision of new pedestrian connections, tactile paving, ramps and accessibility measures; extensive hard and soft landscaping works; the enhancement of communal green spaces and gathering areas; the replacement of ageing underground services infrastructure, including the renewal of the existing water mains network; the resurfacing of existing internal estate roads; and the reconfiguration and relocation of existing car parking spaces to improve the relationship between vehicular areas, pedestrian routes and communal amenity spaces.
