2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division of the Planning Authority: d. Prior to the commencement of the work on site, the applicant shall submit the following for the written agreement of the Conservation Division: i. A specification and sample of the proposed glazing for the new window in the side elevation at first floor shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Conservation Division, in advance of the works commencing on site. The frames shall have a putty finish to the exterior. iii. The applicant shall submit a detail drawing of the proposed conservation rooflight and a specification of the rooflight proposed to be installed, for the written agreement of the Conservation Division.
