3. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit revised drawings to show the following amendments, to be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority: a) The three first floor windows to the north-eastern gable elevation shall be omitted. A velux rooflight, if so required, shall be permitted to the ensuite bathroom. b) The first-floor element of the rear extension shall be reduced in depth by c.1.4 metres Reason: In the interests of residential amenity.
