Description

2. The proposed vehicular entrance onto Oaklands Drive shall be omitted and replaced with a pedestrian entrance no greater than 1.2 metres in width. No gates shall open across the public footpath. Revised drawings showing compliance with these requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
