2. The development shall be revised as follows:- a) The proposed quantum of bicycle parking shall be reduced to a total 5no. sheltered bicycle parking spaces located in a perpendicular orientation adjacent to the boundary wall to the south of the proposed bin storage area. Revised drawings to also demonstrate compliance with the bicycle parking dimensions within the Cycle Design Manual, September 2023 (See also Condition 7(b)(iii) and Condition 8(b)). Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority Reason: To clarify the scope of permission, in the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
