Description

5. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit the following details for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: (i) Full details on the proposed new maintenance access path/stair which will connect the north eastern end of the boardwalk to Dartry Road as identified on drawing refers 15.054 3.2-100. (ii) Full details on the access arrangements for the proposed public walkway/boardwalk given that the Planning Authority consider that public access should be unrestricted. Reason: In the interest of the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
