Description

8. The developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements: h) Drawings shall be submitted for agreement indicating historic floorboards to be retained, when all lifting of existing floor boards establishes the condition and extent of historic floorboards that can be retained. The sanding of historic floor boards is not supported by the Conservation Officer because of concerns of loss of historic material. An alternative proposal shall be submitted.
