4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council; (a) Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to the commencement of the development. The extent of existing public surface water sewers to be abandoned and/or diverted and new public surface water infrastructure to be constructed to facilitate this development shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development.
