EXPP: A formal declaration is sought under Section 5 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) to determine whether the demolition of an existing front porch and two existing single-storey rear extensions, together with the construction of a new single-storey. flat-roofed extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house, constitutes exempted development.
