5.The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council; (a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit a revised Site Layout Plan drawing and details of the cycle parking type, design and accommodation. No bicycle parking spaces shall be on the public footpath along Usher’s Island or Island Street.
