3. In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority for their written agreement: a) Samples of the proposed new brick shall be submitted. c) The installation of slim profiled (6mm-6.5mm) double glazing may be considered where well detailed. The new frames should have a traditional putty finish to the exterior. Details of the proposed new glazing should also be submitted. The applicant shall be satisfied that any proposed slim-lite glass replacements conform to EU directives. The loss of historic glass will not be permitted.
