Description

EXPP: 1. Demolition of an existing single storey rear extension and part of the rear ground floor wall of an existing two-storey semi-detached house followed by the construction of a new single storey rear extension, complete with a Velux or similar roof window. 2. Alteration of an existing external back garden WC to facilitate the new single storey rear extension. 3. Partial conversion of an existing ground floor garage at the side of the house for use as a shower and WC. 4. Conversion of an existing ground floor garage door in the side wall of the house into a window for the new shower and WC. 5. Demolition of one existing chimney stack and the addition of one Velux or similar roof window on existing main rear roof. 6. Application of external thermal insulation with a rendered finish to all existing exterior walls of the house. 7. Alterations to the house interior including the addition of an extra first floor bathroom/shower room.
