4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied within the proposed development: Note to applicant: All future Conservation repairs including floors, internal walls and ceilings at this site, and such other works as are undertaken to facilitate the conversion of the protected structure to a single dwelling unit, shall be subject of a future planning application or Section 5 application as appropriate. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: Front entrance door j) The applicant shall provide close-up comparative photographs of the entrance door at Nos. 1 & 2 Cambridge Road and detailed 1:20 front and rear elevation and section drawings to confirm whether the mouldings and/or front door to No. 1 have been replaced with a new door in the works executed by the present owner.
