4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied within the proposed development: Note to applicant: All future Conservation repairs including floors, internal walls and ceilings at this site, and such other works as are undertaken to facilitate the conversion of the protected structure to a single dwelling unit, shall be subject of a future planning application or Section 5 application as appropriate. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: Correction of anomalies on drawings i) The applicant shall submit revised drawings that include the shared chimney stack on the rear of the paired return with No. 2 Cambridge Road on all relevant existing and proposed drawings. Revised and accurate roof plans that indicate the symmetrical double-pitched roof arrangement to the principal range of the protected structure, with the division of the roof relating to the central spine wall that divides the front and rear rooms shall be submitted. The proposed solar panels shall be dimensioned and indicated on all relevant plan, elevation and section drawings.
