4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied within the proposed development: Note to applicant: All future Conservation repairs including floors, internal walls and ceilings at this site, and such other works as are undertaken to facilitate the conversion of the protected structure to a single dwelling unit, shall be subject of a future planning application or Section 5 application as appropriate. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: Mechanical & electrical services f) The applicant shall submit updated existing and proposed drawings of the M+E services including foul water, mains water, surface water, combined sewer, key supply and drainage routes, vertical and horizontal service routes avoiding interference with or loss of lath and plaster walls, ceilings and cornices,
