4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied within the proposed development: Note to applicant: All future Conservation repairs including floors, internal walls and ceilings at this site, and such other works as are undertaken to facilitate the conversion of the protected structure to a single dwelling unit, shall be subject of a future planning application or Section 5 application as appropriate. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: e) An alternative less-invasive method for cleaning floorboards shall be implemented (i.e. light detergent).
