4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied within the proposed development: Note to applicant: All future Conservation repairs including floors, internal walls and ceilings at this site, and such other works as are undertaken to facilitate the conversion of the protected structure to a single dwelling unit, shall be subject of a future planning application or Section 5 application as appropriate. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: Conservation repairs to the interior of the protected structure: d) The Applicant shall seek the written authorisation of the Conservation Officer for any deviation from the methodology, materials and process described in the below required documentation: Following careful removal of the lining paper, the applicant shall submit detailed 1:50 marked up drawings of any additional wall plaster repairs required, with cross referenced photographs, and submit a detailed method statement for the careful lifting of historic floor boards, indicating on marked-up plans where repairs or replacement boards are required. Sanding of floor boards is not permitted, as this can give rise to the loss of fabric and the patina of the timber grain as well as compromising the structural integrity of the historic floorboards.
