3. The applicant shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: d) The following items shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority in advance of the works commencing: i. All wall finishes, public dividers in the public areas (first floor seating/reception), bedroom doors, and entrance hall. Drawings and samples shall be provided to and agreed in writing with the planning authority, prior to the commencement of development; ii. Window Type 09 – glazing bar as indicated requires further clarification – the applicant shall provide a detail of the moulding profile to the glazing bar; iii. Sample to be provided of the stair nosing and new covering – to demonstrate high quality;
