4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied within the proposed development: Note to applicant: All future Conservation repairs including floors, internal walls and ceilings at this site, and such other works as are undertaken to facilitate the conversion of the protected structure to a single dwelling unit, shall be subject of a future planning application or Section 5 application as appropriate. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: Single-storey rear extension: b) 1:20 plan and section drawings and details for the structural supports required for the upper levels of the rear return envelope, including beams, columns / pads, demonstrating methods to avoid any adverse impact on the adjoining paired rear return to No. 2 Cambridge Road, noting that a reduction in the level of demolition will also result in a more efficient structural arrangement and a more cost optimal return for the owner.
