4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied within the proposed development: Note to applicant: All future Conservation repairs including floors, internal walls and ceilings at this site, and such other works as are undertaken to facilitate the conversion of the protected structure to a single dwelling unit, shall be subject of a future planning application or Section 5 application as appropriate. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: Single-storey rear extension: a) Revised 1:20 Architect’s Plan, Section and Elevation Drawings showing more of the historic fabric and form of the historic rear return retained, in order to reduce the level of proposed demolition and protect the legibility of the historic floor plan. Key dimensions shall be provided of the proposed extension and improved rear garden.
