Description

EXPP: The proposed works include: i. Replacement of all windows to all 5 office buildings in the Westland Square development with new contemporary windows to have a minimum 1.60 u-valve. ii. Replacement of all external doors to all 5 office buildings in the Westland Square development with new doors to have a minimum 1.60 u-valve. iii. Painting of facades at ground floor and fourth floor, and to window surrounds.
