8. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Environmental Health Section: Noise Control and Air Quality Control - Demolition and Construction Phase a) A final Construction Management Plan should be prepared by the awarded contractor. This Plan shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing, by the Planning Authority, prior to commencement of the development. This plan shall be developed with reference to the Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition produced by the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit of Dublin City Council. Given the scale of the development this unit would class this development as “High Risk” and as such the measures pertaining to High Risk sites shall be incorporated into the CMP. This should be submitted to planning the Air Quality Monitoring & Noise Control Unit for reviewing before works commence.
