8. The proposed development shall adhere to the following: b) Prior to commencement, the applicant shall appoint a licenced archaeologist to advise and to undertake Archaeological Monitoring of all site works in accordance with Section 3.7 of the Framework and Principles Protection of the Archaeological Heritage (1999) and the IAI Code of Conduct for Archaeological Monitoring. The applicant shall write to the planning authority to advise them of the appointed archaeologist.
