5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: c) During the course of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (i) Updated drawings/proposals prepared by the Architects and Fire Safety Specialists if a misting system is proposed, that shall indicate any necessary alterations to the current layouts (reduction in the number or elimination of fire lobbies), following consultation and agreement with the Fire Officer. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structures at 64, 65, 66 Gardiner Street Lower and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
