5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: c) During the course of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (vi) Revised Section Drawings - the services zone above the ensuites within the rear rooms at first and second floor levels shall not extend to the underside of the ceiling and shall be reduced to the minimum possible. The services zone above the suspended ceiling within the basement rooms shall be reduced throughout to avoid extending across the head of existing window openings. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structures at 64, 65, 66 Gardiner Street Lower and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
